I need to create a web site that allows my customers to create their own social networks (similar to Ning.com that allows people to start their own communities). The site will be a pay site which needs to be able to be secure.
Developer Requirements:
1. IM account - I need someone I can communicate with directly and easily
2. Can be Confidential � the developer must not ever advertise that they did this site or that they are working on this site
3. Ajax knowledge � will be required for some forms and reports
4. PHP knowledge � will be required for the pages
5. Facebook Knowledge � you will need to know how to send over to the Facebook API, but also use it to receive a confirmation that a message posted
6. MySpace Knowledge � you will need to know how to send over to the MySpace API, but also use it to receive a confirmation that a message posted
7. PayPal IPN � you will need to know how to use the PayPal IPN because the website needs to know when a payment is made for a sale on a customer�s site
8. Script for checking text � write a script that is similar to a link checker. A script that goes to a URL that a user inputs, to check if certain text is on that page
9. eCommerce Knowledge � you will need to know how to set-up a backend where I can manage my customer�s accounts (deactivate, activate, bill, run reports)
10. Cloud computing knowledge � you will need to know how to develop this site so it can run off a cloud, such as Amazon Web Services
11. PSD cutting � you will need to know how to cut the PSD�s I provide for the site design

Bring Advertisers to an online shopping cart to purchase listings without requiring a sales person.
Have real-time billing in place on the Management Portal for all sales conducted on the telephone.
Automated Legal and Compliance Management system for new Advertisers.
Award of the contract resulting from this RFP will be based upon the most responsive Vendor whose offer will be the most advantageous to Diversified Exposure, Inc. in terms of cost, functionality, and other factors as specified elsewhere in this RFP.
Diversified Exposure, Inc. reserves the right to:
