I am looking to build a CRM system. Currently the requirements are as follows.
Web based
Open API to later integrate custom hardware
Inventory management system
Accounting/Billing System
Integrate with Phone System
Integrate Email (send from system, Auto schedual etc.)
Integrate Calendar
Generate reports
Integrate with current database
Integrate with current hardware
System for preventing duplicate contacts
Flexibility to enable creating custom fields
Able to allow certain entries to trigger events
Ability to create user levels (manager, employee) and when creating a task, allow certain levels to see others (manager can see employees, but not the other way)
I want to be able to create "input page templates" so different users can choose the layout that works best for them
I want to be able to allow front end data input (users can log on to their profile, and put in info themselves)
