Description
The Company is interested in a major overhaul of their website infrastructure that will allow it to:
Maintain a basic business process that automates currently existing infrastructures such as customer billing, approval and management processe(s)
Continue to Market Clients via traditional telemarketing tactics.
Begin to internally market their previous and existing clients to increase revenues.
Re-brand their content sites while standardizing advertising to the Internet Advertising Bureau�s (IAB) Online Media Guidelines.
Increase Text information content on the website to dramatically increase SEO value of the website properties.
The ability to externally conduct SEM/SEO/Email marketing efforts and track their performance to attract new advertisers.
Perform SEO/SEM marketing efforts per category and track them to enhance listing visibility.
Perform regular site creation and content management without the requirement for a webmaster.
Make the directory search and location search capabilities fully functional.
Bring Advertisers to an online shopping cart to purchase listings without requiring a sales person.
Have real-time billing in place on the Management Portal for all sales conducted on the telephone.
Automated Legal and Compliance Management system for new Advertisers.
Award of the contract resulting from this RFP will be based upon the most responsive Vendor whose offer will be the most advantageous to Diversified Exposure, Inc. in terms of cost, functionality, and other factors as specified elsewhere in this RFP.
Diversified Exposure, Inc. reserves the right to:
Reject any or all offers and discontinue this RFP process without obligation or liability to any potential Vendor,
Accept other than the lowest priced offer,
Award a contract on the basis of initial offers received, without discussions or requests for best and final offers, and
Award more than one contract.
A non disclosure must be signed and faxed back before viewing the full RFP.
