Description

What we need is an exact clone of a slot system game (7-10 Slot games)

Client must be run on Windows machines securely (Delphi, C++ SDL, etc..)
The Client needs to be connected with the Server through SSL port for secure communication

The server needs to be in PHP/JSP with MySQL or Postgres database and the PHP code encrypted on the server

All transactions must be secured and be written to the database immediately.

In case it cannot communicate with the server database a local database should be included to store the values and sent them to the server when internet connection is back

Games will be Demo and Real Money

The web designer has to be a good programmer and a good graphic designer, as it is very important for us that the website is not only fully functional, it also has to be well presented. I am looking to start with a new web design project for technical software, written in PHP.

Important issues to qualify for this job:
1) Show us the work done by yourself, a complete portfolio is required. You have to be able to create and design graphics, blend pictures into backgrounds, etc.

Project description
The main page will include a short intro and an overview of products. Header should be static for faster page loading (merge images).
